Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SalesDone (the “Service”), an AI sales-outreach platform operated by Stam Agency (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy below.

1. The Service

SalesDone finds business prospects and contacts them on your behalf by email, phone, SMS and WhatsApp, using content generated from the information you provide about your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for the commercial claims made in your name.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate company details and keep your credentials secure. You must be authorised to act for the business you register. We may verify business details and refuse or revoke access where these terms are breached.

3. Trial and billing

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with limited usage; a payment method is required and your chosen plan starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Fees are billed by subscription via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from billing; cancellation stops future charges and outreach at the end of the paid period.

4. Outreach compliance

Outreach sent through the Service must comply with the laws that apply to you and your recipients (including UK GDPR/PECR and equivalent rules elsewhere). The Service enforces unsubscribe handling, sending-domain authentication and rate limits; you must not attempt to bypass them.

The Service may only be used to sell lawful products and services of a legitimate business. You must not use SalesDone to promote, sell or facilitate:

6. Enforcement

We screen accounts and campaigns against this policy, including with automated checks. Depending on severity, we may flag an account for review, refuse to launch campaigns, pause outreach, or suspend the account. If your account is suspended we will tell you which policy applies, pause further charges while suspended, and give you a window to appeal at info@stam.agency. Automated flags are always reviewable by a human; if we got it wrong, we will reinstate you promptly.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the business information, knowledge base and prospect data in your workspace. We process it only to operate the Service. After account closure or a suspension upheld on appeal, data is retained for 30 days (so an appeal or export remains possible) and then deleted.

8. Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes are announced by email or in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
